To request this card, go to the First Bankcard Apple Bank business credit card page. Find your Apple Bank Visa Business Secured card.  Click Apply now.  Send the required information about your business, such as your business name, tax number, telephone number, physical address Provide the postal address of your business. If this address is the same as the physical address, check the box indicating the postal address that is identical to the physical address of the company.

Then give basic information about the current bank, including the bank name, the balance on your account, the contact with the bank and the telephone number.

Provide information about the deposit; Enter the amount from $ 2,200 to $ 110,000 (in increments of $ 50). Then select the account type and enter the account number and route number. Then read the W-9 Replacement form and check the box in this section if you have a bankruptcy record.
