The American Savings Bank Secured Visa Card

The American Savings Bank Secured Visa Card is a credit option that should be of interest to those who are trying to make up their credit ratings.
The way, this card works is slightly different from your standard credit card because security is required at check-in. Your deposit can vary from $ 300 to $ 5000 and directly affect your total credit limit. In other words, the amount that you ultimately give as a deposit is the maximum amount that you can include on your card. By properly maintaining your credit card by paying your balance on time, you can claim an unsecured Visa card within 11 months and get your deposit back in full.

You can expect your purchase APR to be set at 20.24% per year, which is reasonably high according to most standards (APR can change). However, since this card is intended for people with lower credit ratings, high-interest rates are as easy as an annual fee of $ 19.

How to Login to American Savings Bank Secured Visa Card Account

Go to the First Bankcard to access your online bank account
online portal. On the home page, add your user ID to an empty field and click on Sign in to continue.
Enter the password and click the Send button to access your online bank account. Now that you have signed up for a personal account from First Bankcard, you can make full use of the financial tools available on their website.

If you have forgotten your username or password and can not log in, you can get one or both login details by clicking the Forgotten ID / Password link on the main page. A new page should appear with a few empty input fields, in which you have to enter your name, middle name, last name, and your username or e-mail address. Click the Submit button after your personal information has been provided and follow the instructions on the next page to get the missing parts of the identification.

How to Apply for American Savings Bank Secured Visa Card

Step 1 – Go to the site https://www.asbhawaii.com/personal/credit-cards/secured-visa *to get to access the American Secured Visa Card website. View the Getting Started menu on the right side of the screen. Click on Apply now and continue.
Step 2 – Click on I Accept in the window that appears and continues with the card application.
Step 3 – This page requires that you provide different personal information. Do it well.
Step 4 – Continue by keying in your date of birth, social security numbers, and your mother’s maiden name. Below you mention your number of years in your current address in the Housing Information section, enter your residence status and enter a monthly payment for housing.
Step 5 – More information about financial information must be provided. Put your current employers, business phone number, total annual turnover and total amount on your Check Account, Savings account and Investment account in the empty boxes.
Step 6- To add an authorized user to your account, enter the name – Name, Middle Initial and Last Name of the Beneficiary.
Step 7 – At this point, you will be asked to provide information about your Secure Card deposit. The number you add under Amount is taken away as security from your bank account. This number also determines your credit limit. Continue typing your account type and enter your zip code and account number. To verify your account information, you will be asked to re-enter your routing and account number in two lower fields. After you have entered the required information, click on Continue. You will receive a confirmation of the approval of your application by e-mail shortly.

Activation of American Savings Bank Secured Visa Card

Your credit card must be activated before you can use it to purchase or sign up for online banking. Activation can be achieved by calling 1 (888) 295-5540 and following the instructions of the Customer Service Representative. Now that your card is ready to use, you can sign in to your online account using the First Bankcard tab by clicking on the secure link ( ). Very important information must be provided on the registration website before you provide all required information.
To continue, click on the Continue button on an required information. On the following pages, you can continue the registration process by selecting a unique user ID and password for your account. When you finally completed the registration form, your online account is registered and with this, you can immediately start managing your card online.
