How to Apply for Patelco Credit Union Points Rewards World MasterCard
Step 1 Go to the webpage and click on the Apply Now button to access the online application.
Step 2 Choose if you are a Patelco member and click Next. If you are a member of Patelco, you can log in and complete your application using your existing account.
Step 3 Next, click on the Credit Card Disclosure option to read the terms of the Patelco Credit Union Points Rewards World MasterCard. After reading this document, click I accept the disclosure if you wish to continue.
Step 4: Once you have access to the application, you must provide the following information to ensure you meet the requirements to qualify for the card. First, you must indicate if you are a member of Patelco. If you are a member, enter your membership number.
If you are not a member of Patelco, you will have to qualify for membership by choosing one of the following options that apply to you: Have the closest relative who is a member of Patelco Credit Union,Work in one of Pelco’s sponsoring companies and / or in a partner school,Choose None of the above options will disqualify you from your qualifications.
Step 5- On the next page, you must enter all the following information in the appropriate places: Email address, first name, suffix, Birthdate, ANN, ID Type, The state that issued your identification., identification number, Expiration date ID, address, city, state, Postal Code, Phone number of the house, Time of stay, Type of enclosure, Monthly payment. Click Next to go to the next page.
Step 6 – You must provide all the necessary information in the following illustration to help Patelco understand your financial situation.
Step 7: On the last page of the online application, you will obtain a summary of all the information entered in the form and make the necessary corrections. Check OK with the previous statement if you wish to continue and click Submit to complete the application process.
Before clicking Close to leave the application form, save the loan application number for future reference.

When you’re ready, click Sign in to Online Banking to access your account.
Forget password or username
If you forget your login information, you can easily retrieve access to your account. For a lost user ID, click on Forgot: User ID and enter the following information on the following page: Birthdate, The last 4 digits of the SSN., Postal Code
After completing this information, click on the Submit button to download your user ID and access your account.
To obtain a forgotten password, click i Do not remember my Password and enter the following fields in the links on the page: User ID, Birthdate, The last 4 digits of the SSN, Postal Code
Click Send after completing this information. The following steps will allow you to reset your password, giving you new access to your account.
