Step 1: You can request this card through the homepage of Bank of America. To go to the request form, click Apply now below the main image shown

Step 2: The first part of the application form asks you to provide the following information: First Name, Phone number, Email address, Physical address, Country of the main place of residence., Alternative email address (optional), Residential status, A minimum rate for one floor

Step 3 -From this page, you will be required to provide your personal information

Step 4: At this point, you must provide certain financial information about yourself. This includes the employment situation, the total annual income, and the source of income.

Step 5: If you wish to transfer a balance from one of your current credit cards to the new PGA Tour Cash Rewards MasterCard, you can do so in the card’s features section. Check the box next to Balance, select the number of transfers you want to make and provide the necessary information.

Step 6 – Here, the terms of use of the service are presented. It would be advisable to review them and make sure to confirm them before clicking Continue. The application form would then be completed.

How to log in to the PGA Tour Cash Rewards MasterCard

To log in to your Bank of America account, click on the link on the bank’s home page. On the left side of the page there is a red safe login box where you can enter your online identification and access code. Then Sign in to access your online bank account.

Forgot password or username

If you do not remember your ID online, click on the link marked Forgot your ID. You will be asked to enter your card or account number, SSN or TIN and the access code to retrieve the forgotten ID. Click on ‘Continue’ to regain access to your account.
