The REI MasterCard is a great card designed for REI Co-op member who is interested in buying a new credit card, REI MasterCard is definitely a viable option. This credit card comes with a range of features that can save you money on various REI products. After your first purchase within 60 days of activation, you will receive a $ 100 gift certificate that you can use online or on any of the many REI locations found across the United States. The cash rewards program will give you 5% cash refund on all REI qualifying purchases, 2% back on groceries, and 1% back everywhere else. With regard to interest rates, you can expect that your APR for net purchase and transfer balance will be somewhere between 11.24% and 23.24%, depending on your credit rating (April may change). All in all, this is a decent credit card that is recommended to people who often buy in REI, either personally or via the internet.

How to Apply for REI MasterCard

Step 1: To begin, go to the REI MasterCard homepage. On the REI app page, scroll to the middle of the page and click Apply Now to continue.

Step 2 – Enter the required personal details in the Personal data section.

Step 3 – Provide the needed Information about the dwelling, state street, city, state and zip code, specify your time at address (years and months), Status of Housing, Monthly Payment for Housing, and indicate if you have an alternative email address if you choose Yes or No.

Step 4- You are asked to provide your income and employment information. Use the drop-down menu to specify your employment status and, if you are a job, enter your employer’s name, your current occupation and the length of your job. Below this, give your phone number for work, your annual income, and specify whether you have another source of revenue if you choose Yes or No.

Step 5 – Indicate if you have a Checking Account or Savings Account by selecting Yes or No

Step 6 – You have the option to merge your previous balances on other cards by performing a balance transfer status. You can also choose a login for a joint applicant or, if you are filing under your name, you can add an authorized user.

Step 7- Read the terms and conditions of the US bank at the bottom of the page. Carefully read this document and, if you agree to the terms, check the Accept Terms and Conditions checkbox to indicate your compliance. Next, click Submit to submit your application to the US bank for evaluation. A confirmation response will sent to you.

Login Guide

To access your online bank account, you must first go to the web site. You should see the Login into your account area.  Enter your personal ID in the blank field and click Login.

If the US bank cannot identify the computer or mobile device you are currently using, you may need to answer your security question. If this is the case, enter the answer in the blank field and click Continue. On the next page, you’ll need to enter a password before you approve access to your online account.
