How to Apply for an Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card

Go to the Amazon Prime Credit Card homepage and click on the orange “Apply Now” button.
Log in with your Amazon login credentials or set up an Amazon account if you do not already have one.
Enter your name, address, date of birth and annual information on net income in the fields provided. Then click on the “Go to the next step” button.

Add your personal phone, mobile phone, e-mail address, social security number and mother’s maiden name, if applicable. Click on the “Go to the next step” button

Check the “More Information” page before choosing the shipping method and check if you want to participate in the optional card security program. Click the “Go to the next step” button when you’re done.

Check the terms and conditions on the last page and select the box you read and accept the provisions listed in the terms. Now click on the “Submit” button to process the request.
