• You are to have a valid Social Security Number.

How to Apply for BankAmericard® Better Balance Rewards Credit Card

Step 1: Visit the cards webpage and read the report of the card’s interest and click on “Apply Now”.
Step 2: If you are presently a Bank of American bank client, click on “Save time and fill in your application” to automatically import your personal data.
Step 3: Give your full name, address, primary telephone number, e-mail address, country of citizenship, place of residence and date of birth. If you are not a Bank of American client.
Step 4: Select an option that best describes your employment status on the menu. And answer all other questions that are needed for the selected situation.
Step 5: To request a balance transfer or add additional cardholders, click on the specified field and answer other questions. For balance transfer, give your credit card organization, transfer amount and account number. For adding cardholder, give your full name, your relationship with the person and your social security number, date of birth or address.
Also, read the terms of service and click on “View as PDF” to save or print a copy of the document.
Step 6: Click on the checkbox to prove that you accept the terms and condition of the card. (If you do not agree with these conditions, you can leave your application at this time).
Click on ‘Check Info’. You will be redirected to the application request page to verify the accuracy of the request for it sent for the final processing and credit approval process.

To start the sign-in process, visit the bank’s home page and check the secure login in the upper-left corner of the screen. Right under the American Bank logo is the hint.

Activation of BankAmericard® Better Balance Rewards Credit Card

This credit card cannot be used for purchases until it has been activated. Either by using the login portal or by contacting the Bank of American customer service at: (315) 724-4022. If you are using a web portal, click on “Secure Activation”, then click Register.
Also, give your full card number (or full account number) and your full ID number (or full social security number and click on Continue.  Don’t forget to complete your security settings and create an online ID and access code for your card to be activated.
