Step 2 – Enter your username and password in the empty fields and click on “Log in”.

Step 1 – If the cardholder can not remember the credentials, you must visit the main credit card Blaze, and then select the “I am my password or password” link at the bottom of the login widget (for direct access to the account verification page)
