This card is issued by Bank of America. This is a good choice of card as there is no annual fee to it. The Norwegian Cruise Line MasterCard Credit Card offers you a chance to earn rewards points to help fund your trips. It also has a sign-up bonus for new cardholders that will make transactions in the first three months.

Features of Cruise Line MasterCard

Earn 1 point per dollar on all purchases, with double points on Norwegian Cruise transactions. Start redeeming rewards at 2,500 points to receive stateroom upgrades, travel discounts, on-board credits, car rentals, hotel stays, or gift cards for over 100 top retailers.

New cardholders get 10,000 bonus reward points if you make a transaction in the first 60 days.

The annual fee is not required

It has a Cash Advance APR of 15.99% to 24.99% APR, depending upon creditworthiness

Cash Advance Fee is either $10 or 3% of the transaction for direct deposit and check cash advances.

Late Payment Fee is Up to $38

Purchases APR is 12.99% to 22.99%, depending upon creditworthiness

Requirements

To obtain  MasterCard approval with Norwegian Cruise, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must Have a valid social security number.
  • Have a credit history without recent bankruptcies.
  • Be at least 18 years old

How to Apply for Norwegian Cruise Line MasterCard

Step 1: Visit the homepage of the Norwegian Cruise Line MasterCard to learn about the various advantages of the card. Click on the blue “Apply now” button to start the application process after reading the introductory information.

Step 2: If you are a current customer of Bank of America , click on the “Save time and complete the request” link so that the data is entered automatically. If you are not a current Bank of America customer, enter your full name and the preferred suffix.

Step 3 – Enter your current addres:  Check the box “Send my return to another address” if you want the return sent to another location and provide the correct address.

Enter your  phone number and an alternate contact number. Enter your email address, Select the country of citizenship and the current country of residence with the options in the drop-down menus.

Step 4: Enter your date of birth and the maiden name of your mother to complete the personal information

In the employment and finance department, select your employment status in the drop-down menu options and answer the relevant supplementary questions. Enter the total annual income and the main source of income, child benefits or separate income from maintenance subsidies should be disclosed. If you do not want these forms of income to be considered the basis for paying off your credit card debt, Provide your level of liquid assets, state of the housing and monthly charge for housing.

Step 5: In the additional options section, you can add an additional card holder. If you wish to do so, you must provide the person’s full name and social security number, date of birth or address.

In the Terms section, click on the “View as PDF” link to download a copy of the document that you can save or print for your records.

Step 6: Read the terms and conditions carefully, then check the box which means that you agree with the terms of the document.

After clicking on the blue “Check information” button, you will be redirected to a page that will ask you to verify the accuracy of the information before submitting the application for final processing and loan approval.

Go to the Bank of America homepage to start the sign-in process.

In the upper left corner of the screen, look for the Secure Login tab. In this tab, you must enter your ID and password online in the corresponding fields, then click on Log in to access your online account. If you do not remember your login information, click on Forgot your ID or Forgot your password

If you have forgotten your ID online, you must enter your full account number (or complete card number), your full tax identification number (or complete social security number) and your access code in empty boxes before clicking on Continue to start the download process.

Activation

The Norwegian Cruise Line MasterCard must be activated before it can be used for purchases. You can activate the card by either calling Bank of America directly at number 1 (315) 724-4022 or through the Internet portal. To activate the card using the web portal, first, click on the “Secure Activation” link and click on the Register button on the Secure Login tab. then follow instructions to do so.
