The public bank Quantum Visa is issued by a public bank. This is a Free-for-Life card that offers 5% of the discount to cardholders, as well as 2 VIP points when you go to your favorite restaurants, cafes or clothing brands.

Public Bank Quantum Visa Credit Card Rewards/Features

• Cardholders use 5% cash discount for entertainment and department stores, with a capacity of up to 300,000 per month,
• No yearly fee will be charged for the use of the card
• Enjoy 2x VIP points
• A flexible payment plan of 0% is available
• Customers can collect VIP points each time they spend meals or buy them in stores in the country and abroad, and change the same if there are more coupons with food or interesting goods.
• Take advantage of savings and flexibility by transferring credit cards from long-term credit cards to the public bank’s credit card, so that you get a small initial payment of 0%.
• A 0% rate applies in the 12-month period, with a minimum purchase of 1200,
• There is no Yearly fee for an extra card
• Sales and service tax – RM25
• The minimum monthly payment is set at RM50 or 5% of the amount due
• Late payment fee is usually RM10 or 1%
• Fee for cash withdrawal is usually RM20 or 5.00%
• Interest on cash withdrawals –is 18%

How to Apply for a Public Bank Quantum Visa Credit Card

To apply for visa public bank, candidates must consider the following:

Eligibility

• The minimum required yearly income is RMN 36,000
• Cardholder must have minimum age of 21 years
• A supplementary card holder age should be 18 years
• Anyone can submit an application to Quantum Visa Public Bank.

How to Apply

• Go to the application page
• Select the card you want to apply
• Then enter the following fields: title, first name and last name on the card (maximum 15 characters), name (according to NRIC / passport), citizenship NRIC, passport number (for non-Malaysians).
• Country of birth, date of birth, number of dependents, gender, marital status, first name and surname of your mother, race, e-mail address
• Answer the question: “are you affiliated to a Berhad deputy/staff of a Berhad public company or its affiliates.
• If your answer is “yes”, enter the name of the directory / personnel
• State your relationship
• Click the “Next” link to complete the first phase of the application.

Activate the Public Bank Quantum Visa Credit Card

• Activate the new public acquisition of Visa Quantum Bank
• Scroll and log in to www.pbebank.com and click.
• Click on ‘Click here’ to register your pin code
• Then select the type of credit card
• Complete the online form by entering the card number, the credit limit, the IC number, cvc2 and the mother’s surname.
• Touch the “Enable now” button to activate your PERSONAL PIN

To log in and access the Visa Quantum Bank account,

• Go to the public bank login page
• Enter your password and username
• Click on the link to log in to your account.

How to Recover username / passwords

To restore a forgotten password, do the following:

• Go to the bank’s login page and click on “forgot my password”
• Make sure you have a registered mobile phone with PAC or Secured Token and Public Bank Bank ATM card
• Fill in the necessary details: user name, IC number and ATM card number
• Enter the security code that appears on the screen and click “Send”
• Next enter the new password and click on “Ask now CAP”
• Enter the PAC number and click the “Confirm” link
• Your password has been reset.

How to Make Bill Payment

• Scroll to Public Bank payment portal
• Select “Payment”
• Choose on “To Other Card” or “To Favorite Card”
• selext your “From Account “
• Key in your credit card number in Beneficiary Account No
• Type in Amount (RM) and tap on “Next”
• Tap on “Request PAC Now”
• Key in PAC
• Confirm details entered and tap on the “Confirm” link, to complete the transfer.
